Although Adventure Boogies LLC will make its best efforts to operate all services as described, by accepting this contract, the client acknowledges that it may be necessary to adapt the itinerary or its contents due to weather conditions or other variables beyond the company's control. Adventure Boogies LLC reserves the right to cancel or change any of the services at any time and to substitute them with other services of similar conditions and values, without any compensation to the client, who agrees not to be adversely affected as a result of these changes. If there is a significant change in any of the services, the client will be informed at the time of booking the services to give their consent. If this significant change occurs after the service has been contracted, the client will be given the option to either keep the service, choose another service, or receive a full refund, as long as this change is not caused by a force majeure event beyond the responsibility and control of Adventure Boogies LLC (such as wars, natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, social unrest, technical problems, changes or cancellations of flights by airlines). In these cases of changes due to force majeure, where Adventure Boogies LLC has no control over the departure times and days, Adventure Boogies LLC is not liable for any charges or penalties by the client.
- Customers may cancel a tour reservation no later than 48 hours before the start of the tour. In this case, the full cost of the tour will be refunded.

Si este cambio significativo ocurre después de haber contratado el servicio, se le dará al cliente la opción de mantener el servicio, elegir otro servicio o recibir un reembolso total, siempre y cuando este cambio no sea causado por un evento de fuerza mayor que esté fuera de la responsabilidad y control de Adventure Boogies LLC (como guerras, desastres naturales, condiciones climáticas adversas, disturbios sociales, problemas técnicos, cambios o cancelaciones de vuelos por parte de las aerolíneas). En estos casos de cambios por fuerza mayor, donde Adventure Boogies LLC no tiene control sobre los horarios y días de salida, Adventure Boogies LLC no es responsable de ningún tipo de cargo o sanción por parte del cliente.
Contrato de Oferta
1. Disposiciones Generales
- Este contrato de oferta (en adelante, el Contrato) es una oferta pública de una agencia de excursiones que ofrece tours en la República Dominicana (en adelante, la Agencia) y regula el procedimiento de prestación de servicios.
2. Objeto del Contrato
- La Agencia se compromete a proporcionar servicios de excursión (en adelante, los Servicios) y el Cliente se compromete a pagar por estos servicios de acuerdo con los términos del Contrato.
3. Procedimiento para la Celebración del Contrato

4. Derechos y Obligaciones de las Partes

6. Procedimiento de Pago

7. Política de Cancelación
- Los términos para cancelar reservas y reembolsar el dinero están regulados por la Política de Cancelación publicada en el sitio web de la Agencia.
